You’re surrounded by people that aren’t very bright (although they seem to think they are) so the job is very chill and the work life balance is great

Cons

Have to be on site full time for no reason, productivity decreased in my team since most have atleast an hour and a half commute. Low pay Most the company is senior people because young people leave as soon as they join the company because of low pay, lack of flexibility and prehistoric technology
