Pros

Good Opportunities if you like to live in the South West (Tucson). They are hiring lots of Signal Processing Engineers.

Cons

Wage compression is a serious problem right now. Newly hired employees are making more than those with years of experience. This creates a potentially tense situation for management.

Pros

Pay is competitive. Opportunities for travel.

Cons

Still an old boys club. The work is super boring. Lots of people with no real trade or technical skill who have made a career of impeding progress by controlling access. General fear of new technology or methods often stating "we have always done it this way" as an excuse not to innovate.

Pros

Strives to be ethical, lawful and honest. High technology products allow interesting jobs for engineers. Strives for continuous improvement in its operations. Strives to put the customer first. Strives to deliver high quality products that meet the customer's needs.

Cons

Continuous improvement also causes frequent reorganizations and the resultant uncertainty, confusion, and sometimes job loss. Politics among the executives sometimes gets in the way of employees doing their jobs.
