Some great people who work and help CM. They see the problem!

Cons

Configuration Management is a after thought at best. Engineering (the fox) is in charge of all CM activities save documentation. If you are doing the work successfully of an E05. NO Promotion instead an E05/E06 is brought in to do the job, you get to train them, and you are relegated to administration or encouraged to quit the company. UNDER NO Conditions accept employment an "Administrative Title" - A01, A02, A03...) you will never be promotted

ol' boy network clueless managers R6sigma is a joke company cannot get out of its own way too many 30+ year employees that are resistant to change union seemingly has too much say
