Assignments based on cliques. No networking, no decent assignments. Not many opportunities outside of airborne assignments, in El Segundo.

Work with very intelligent engineers. Process were well defined. Flexible with working hours so that people was able to balance graduate school / family / medical needs, etc. Great benefits.

Cons

Programs can be slow to respond due to the size of the and nature of the work. High turnover of HR personnel at the site I worked at. Can be difficult to expand beyond current job role.
