Pros

Lead by example from the top down on ethics & respect World-class technical expertise. Active training program, taught by industry leaders Creative, flexible benefits to support a true work/life balance Lateral mobility

Cons

Distributed, flat organization requires good leadership throughout, and they are not all up to the task. As a large, process-driven organization it can be challenging to remain flexible and responsive to changing conditions. It is possible to be just a number.

Pros

There is a 9/80 working schedule. The people who were the best were anyone that was not senior management or an FDLP. The Hughes Legacy people will tell you about the wonderful time before Raytheon. They were helpful and willing to teach you. Once you are hired, you have to really try to get fired.

Cons

It is in Tucson. They have leadership program for incoming college students who are as worthless as hell and always leave the company. However, senior leadership will fill their heads as though they are something great and outright tell you “ you have no chance to making it to upper management “ unless you are in this group. Senior Management is non-existent, not sure on their competence, and act like a bunch of toddlers in the sandbox. You can be promoted from an Analyst I to Analyst II and receive a 3% raise. The same thing you go last year.
