Bad management makes it hard for Generation Y.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Good benefits, pay, and 401k contribution.

Cons

Lack of innovation and creativity. The work environment is very plain. Culture in the company is all about collecting a paycheck. The company acts like they care about trust, respect, and diversity but these don't seem to be enforced where it matters. Managers aren't evaluated from upper management or employees.

I would say the pay was reasonable and the work atmosphere is pretty casual. I have made a lot of friends here and at the least the non-management employees are really eager to help you out.

Cons

It is a big company where the top guys fly themselves on private corporate jets and rarely interact with the lowly engineers.
