HR is running complany employees are urged to be creative and push hard, then as soon as they do HR beats them up. Lots of red tape.

The Fullerton site is a very family oriented site, given the size. Co-workers treat each other with respect for the most part, management is better than typical defense contractors. Recognition is there, although not easy to get.

Cons

Process from corporate and other businesses conflict. There has not been enough focus on lean development. Growth does not always need to be multi-million dollar contracts; sometimes taking the smaller projects will lead to bigger ventures.
