      Pros

      The people make the company. I've met and worked with the most intelligent and caring people working here. i am continually impressed by the level of experience, expertise, professionalism, and diversity i encounter in my coworkers

      Cons

      really the same as any large enterprise. can be process oriented at times. 6sigma and earned value are taken to an extreme.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and 9/80 work week. The only big company in Tucson. People will help you, if you ask them. Work/life balance = ability to take time for personal and family affairs

      Cons

      Too many mangers lacking leadership skills. Lack of accountability leading to poor performers. Favoritism. Lack of recognition for work done well. Lack of corrective action for performance issues.

      Pros

      Raytheon offered me a reliable paycheck, so I had that going for me, which is nice. They do have a decent tuition reimbursement package, and I doubt that they'll fold - something that's not often said about companies in Southeast Michigan right now. Also, they throw decent parties.

      Cons

      The problem is, it was pure drudgery. Morale is low in all departments. There is no real room for advancement. Working overtime (or overnight) is the norm - but you won't get paid for it.
