Pros

THere are so many oppurtunties to excel you just need to apply yourself and seek further education. They have given me money to relocate, travel and have paid for my experiance in the military. I was shocked that they considered me for the job and have given my all to work hard and move up in the company. If i ever get tired of this job I can simply apply for another job and they will move me. Communication is great in my matrix and they have gone above and beyond for me and my familiy. I would ecomend them to any of my fco-workers

Cons

The managment and change process is slow but effective

Pros

Great benefits and base pay for the area. Very flexible with work/life balance issues. Generous PTO policy. Generous policy regarding the use of company IT assets for personal needs.

Cons

Too much beauracracy. Tucson sucks. More beauracracy than its DOD customers. Not respected by its suppliers as well as other large defense contractors. Too much emphasis placed on diversity as a metric instead of simply hiring/paying/promoting for performance.
