Pros

Good balance of time scheduling. Work 9 hours a day for nine days and get every other friday off. Work hours are flexible too, can make up time when necessary.

Cons

Having to keep charge numbers for every little task can be annoying at times. Getting things done can take a long time sometimes because of all the paperwork necessary.

Pros

Decent Starting Salary. above average benefits package. big company. Many projects, and Raytheon locations. Ability to work with talented, competent coworkers. the company is flexible when you want to take time off. decent tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Promotions are few. Yearly raises are small. Very easy to get comfortable and "cruise" in your career while working here.

Cons

Long hours Junior employees salaries are becoming uncompetitive Management sees a good opportunity, then lets it pass (all the time) Business divisions are in competition, not cooperation
