      New CEO has ruined the previously great company

      Pros

      good benefits and 9/80 work week

      Cons

      new management now cares way more about the companies margins than its employees. So corners are cut across the board. It amazing for a rich company to be so cheap. From eliminating any spending on employees training and food or even coffee expenses, to not having any Christmas Holiday celebrations (none at all, not even a pot luck lunch) to actual layoffs (that's despite company having record profits). The company is now operating as a cheap sweat shop

      Pros

      A wide variety of opportunities including expatriate contracts, reasonably competitive pay within defense industry, good overall benefits package. A good work/life balance within US federal contracts. In my experience, a low tolerance for workplace harassment.

      Cons

      401(k) matching does not match defense industry leaders. For positions within the US, the company has recently shifted from offering health insurance plans to making lump sum contributions to a health savings account.
