Lots of career opportunity but lacking adequate training programs

Interesting technology, and the ability to move around the company relatively easily.

Cons

Slow moving, with lots of processes. It makes it hard to get work done. Training programs for engineers are lacking.

I have not enjoyed my time at RTX. I took rhe job for the pay bump and that is the only positive.

Cons

You must log your hours like an hourly employee and because there is no paid lunch what I have seen is everyone eats a packed lunch at their desk to avoid staying late. I have solved a ton of engineering problems and made life long friends eating lunch when working at other companies and there is none of that here.
