Benefits typical of that of any large Aerospace Company but not any better, large workforce, many new opportunities, diverse employee base
Cons
Extremely political good ol boy Management structure. Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Group had zero support and was career suicide to work there. Despite numerous heroic acts out of the AME group including saving the company $100M, developing best in class Production Plans for the F programs, leading Managers were told that their careers had no future at Raytheon and were forced to seek employment elsewhere.
