      Pros

      Some divisions (Collins Aerospace or Pratt and Whitney) are really great to work for, and have great managment and teams to be a part of. I have recently transfered to Collins aerospace (division of Raytheon) and so far really like it.

      Cons

      Wage structure is extremely varied and depend on the divison you work in, however, all are below industry standard and some are more so than others.
