Awesome, friendly people. Management is either great, listening, trusting their employees... OR ...

Cons

... they (mgmt) are close minded, self-promoting, anti-agile, team ruining 'employees'. Really, the management here is either fantastic or horrible, and when it is bad, usually there is no escape. The worst get promoted, and kick others to the curb that have any ounce of say in the end product.

Management all the way down to task leads are only looking out for their own hide. Task leads lie on your performance review making you the fall guy if they screw up. They make things.up that are not true.
