Paid for my move Laid back environment 9/80 work week

Cons

virtually no team building pay was not great benefits weren't great (no sick time, not many holidays, average health insurance) not a ton of opportunities for growth no real comprehensive guide to system outdated system employees who had been working there for longer than me saw little salary increase no cost of living adjustment
