Great people and work environment. Health care is expensive.

Cons

Raises average between 1-2.5% per year which doesn't keep up with inflation. Supervisor promises promotion/raises "next year" if certain goals are achieved. Once goals are achieved no raise/promotion is given and Supervisor blames it on upper management. Then promises next year will be better.

I've worked here over a year, and all the employees I've interacted with are absolutely awesome. Definitely some odd ones, but luckily I have a smart team.

Cons

No one likes the leadership (corporate). Middle managers are fine.
