Way underpaid and ethical issues with lots of unpaid overtime

Interesting work and always learning new projects

Cons

Constantly working overtime with no overtime pay despite supposedly being hourly and being underpaid by 50k compared to the market average. Very little chance of pay increase despite being the highest performer, but being payed way below my peers. Been working here for over 5 years and I though that I would get a raise to the average salary for my job title with lots of hard work.

Interesting projects to work w/ great benefits. Vacation days were pretty good and I didn't find myself running low and could carry over some if I didn't use them all.

Cons

Some projects have expected overtimes and different support. Be prepared to navigate challenges on work-life balance depending on your role and responsibility to a project. Additionally, there are some growing pains of transitioning to a more flexible software planning environment. Additionally, you will require a clearance to work on most projects.
