They hire and keep you if you perform all they ask of you

Cons

The government gives them many VISA for foreign nationals and you will train then while they beef up their offshore companies and then less jobs are offered in your home country. This is not a joke. A VISA is for a specialized skill you cannot find in your home country but this is the opposite and a tactic being used by the military industrial complex for large corporations. Pretty sick and twisted.
