Pros

Large company with many contracts. Managers actually work to place you on contracts. Requirements for promotion actually have to do with your job.

Cons

Moral was low while I was there. Management gave little career guidance. Management did not emphasize importance of yearly review. Which should be explained to someone fresh out of collage.

Pros

They try to listen to their employees and provide better benefits and more interesting projects whenever possible. Definitely gave the impression that you could make a career there if you wanted to.

Cons

Things change slowly here, it can be hard to patiently wait for new projects to come along or new opportunities to appear.

Pros

Good salary, interesting projects, tuition reimbursement, lots of young people, a very nice benefits package, ability to move around in the company

Cons

I don't have too many negative things to say about Raytheon. I left because I wanted to move back to my home state. My only complaint is that it's a defense job and the funding relies a lot on politics and who's president at the time.
