      Pros

      ability to chart your own career path and take incredible strides with the right management team.

      Cons

      unfortunately, some people take their jobs extremely too seriously and can be very cut throat unnecessarily. Some senior staff's lives revolve around their jobs and they expect those around them to do the same. constant struggle to cut costs, causing the constant juggling of programs - get tiresome after a while. compensation is just ok.
