Not matching raises to inflation. Only new employees get the right salary. People I hire on and train make 10-15% more than me. Super big after the merger, UTC downgraded the company.

Excellent coworkers. Kind, understanding managers. Very relaxed work environment. Potential for very interesting and engaging assignments. Lots of opportunity to grow.

Cons

Large organization can make it difficult to come up to speed on new assignments. Work isn't always interesting. The company seems to pay a little less than others in the area. The SB office is an area with expensive cost of living. Management finds it difficult to retain talent.
