Pros

The teams I have worked with are fantastic. I would stay in my current role for them alone.

Cons

Recent changes after United Technologies merged with Raytheon feel more of a hostile take over and not a "merge of equals."

Pros

Work from home ability is nice. Also do not feel micromanaged by higher-ups.

Cons

Onboarding could be better and more helpful.

Pros

Competitive salary (for Tucson), large networking organizations and events, flexible tasking.

Cons

Annual raises are not competitive, they seem to favor external hires over internal promotions, upper management admits to an attrition problem and says they are working on it, but it seems nothing is being done to incentivize employees to stay with the company.
