-Easy job -Able to work remote -9/80 schedule allows for every other Friday off -Very flexible schedule allows you to take any day off and work it off later -Alot of different locations -Academic reimbursement up to 10k -Alot of new hires coming in -Good pay for a college hire

Cons

-Management can make or break your career here -Things are often slow -Alot of "hurry up and wait mentality" -Promotions are tough depending on your location/program -Very difficult to get decent pay raises in early career stages
