Pros

Benefits and pay are great. When they say there is mobility (both lateral and upward) in the company, they really mean it. Workplace culture is good.

Cons

Information transfer between outgoing and incoming generations of employees is absolutely terrible and not well regulated. Raytheon is an old company, its workforce is retiring, and its struggling with young employee retention. They'll figure it out, but likely too late. If you want answers to your everyday questions about your tasks, you'll have to work hard to track those answers down. Working with sensitive information can be an absolute nightmare.

Pros

A competitive base pay and benefits

Cons

Clearance takes forever to process. Software tools are far behind industry trends, since all software the company uses needs to be vetted before being implemented.
