Good for long term.

Pros

Work at Raytheon tends to be good for long term consistent employment. If you can get on one of the (many) long term contracts, it is quite possibly to just grind away for 30 years.

Cons

We are in the low period of the sin wave that is company compensation periods. Probably in the next couple years it will start ticking up again.
