Pros

Flexible hours. Have never had a vacation denied. Every other Friday off. Can work extra and use those hours to take time off instead of PTO. Generally friendly people working there.

Cons

Work is monotonous and boring. Promotions take a long time. It's all about office politics to see who gets promoted vs. actual work done by people. Management doesn't see a lot of work done by entry engineers.
