Cons
Just a number in a large company Slow to assign you to a project after starting or after your current one ends So many changes in management; I had three different managers in 2 years which is making my life difficult at the moment. I am currently trying to apply for my PE licensure and my task lead for most of my time there will not respond to my emails to verify my work experience- I'm guessing this is because of all the red tape and them worried about doing something they aren't supposed to. It is literally a 5 min survey to say that I did what I said I did while I was there. Very annoying as this is holding me back from a raise
