If you like mundane work and outdated technology and you're a white man, you will like this job

Cons

This company has the worst culture. Management is heavily dominated by white males who favor their own kind and pull them up the corporate ladder. Diversity and inclusion is a joke in this company. As a woman of color who holds a PhD in engineering and has plenty of industry experience, I have to sit back and watch my incompetent self promoting white male peers get promoted to positions of influence.

Cons

Some department managers have a reputation of being harsh to their employees. There aren’t many events that offer a chance to meet and socialize with other departments/coworkers . Sometimes the program funding/budgeting is made known to early career employees and can cause stress.
