      1. free drinking water, fruit and coffee 2. free parking lot for bikes or cars 3. 15 min breaking time in the morning and afternoon 4. extremely clean toilets to use 5. good colleagues 6. good for part-time or working holiday workers

      Cons

      1. no pension 2. no annual bonus 3. no salary increase 4. no travel allowances 5. no learning budget 6. minimum holiday in the NL 7. non-competitive salaries 8. Extremely poor Human Resource Management 9. Company will cut one hour salary if being late for 15 min. 10. Working from home is not possible.
