Lots of really smart people, good time off. Always something to involve yourself in, i.e. DEI groups, volunteer opportunities.
Cons
Inept upper management. Can't figure out who they want to be. People are treated terribly and always made to fear for their jobs. Can't stick to a plan. Requires many initiatives to be redone time and time again. Don't take people's time or effort into anything they account for. Penny pinching and always cutting budgets.

- Communication from Leadership team often unclear
- Lack of training on role specifics when onboarding
- Role specific: Many hands in the pot when it comes to project development, often causing major delays or breaks in communication
Internal processes could be more efficient
