      Pros

      The people you work with. Ignoring all the politics I do enjoy the job, however the politics have become the focus the last 1-2 years.

      Cons

      Management picking favourites. You can’t earn respect when people have made their mind up about you. All of the recent lay offs and lack of information. Don’t expect anyone to give you any useful information.
