Position allows one to sharpen a variety of skill sets - consumer relations, event planning and execution, relationship development, manager/motivator and collegiate marketer to name a few.

Cons

Work / life balance is difficult to achieve. A career at Red Bull is a lifestyle not a job. It is difficult to succeed without that mindset. Career advancement is minimal.

So much fun and a great way to meet people at a great company. Good experience in Marketing also.

Cons

There aren't a lot of downsides but it is definitely a large time commitment.
