      Pros

      This company allowed me to experience some of the coolest days/nights of my life. The culture/lifestyle of the people in the company is contagious and makes you want to continue to evolve and innovate the way you think and work. Benefits are amazing, time-off is amazing

      Cons

      This is not a 9a-5p company, you are working ALL of the time. Communication between field teams and HQ can be very diluted, making it hard for field teams to understand HQ expectations, as well as difficult to give feedback to HQ that is actually taken notice of. Yearly goals are difficult to reach when new strategy is randomly introduced in the middle of the year.
