There really weren't any unless you were in the upper management click that seemed to just keep jumping titles

Understaffed underpaid overworked no comradery no work life balance at all 11 hour a day minimum

Always learning, always striving for new goals, pushing boundaries. A million pros.

Cons

One of the few I can think of is the low head count they try to keep. While they do value hard work, it's hard to break into full-time, full Red Bull and not just be a contractor.
