Pros

I am a Red Bull Wings Team Member. It is a great experience for college students. You grow tough skin and how to interact with a wide range of people. During the training you learn great marketing methods and even the smallest details about all Red Bull products.

Cons

You have to think on your toes sometimes. You also have to improvise as you go as well. If you do well under pressure and are good at thinking fast then you will be fine.

Pros

Free Red Bull. Great Benefits.

Cons

Easy to get lost in the crazy. Red Bull becomes your life and does not promote. They are a very flat organization. Additionally, they offer and give jobs that are a "reach" as so they say. This is their excuse to pay you less than you are worth. The return is that the hiring team will tell you that if you succeed, they'll increase your pay to where it should be.... that's not true. They will only do regular merit increases like any other company even if you're the best of the best.

Pros

Best college job ever! The company has a pretty long interview and training process but you start the job feeling prepared and knowledgable. The job allows you a lot of freedom to be creative and adventurous. I loved all the people I worked with and met throughout my time on the job. If you play your cards right you will be able to travel with the company, attend Red Bull events, make tons of memories and meet tons of other employees from all over the state.

Cons

Sometimes you have to deal with difficult customers but if you know your facts and can backup what you are saying it will be like a fun sales pitch. Hours can vary a lot from weekend, weekday, morning and late evening hours. If you have open communication with your boss and team this shouldn't be a problem. Everyone did a really great job of working together to make the schedule work for everyone.
