Pros

Ability to learn about marketing techniques and strategies used by a large successful company. Exercise communication skills and confidence.

Cons

Can get political when a peer is promoted as the manager of your team.

Pros

The guys are the kings of branding and know how to make a party like no other.

Cons

Zero work-life balance, very inconsistent mgmt at all levels. Wages much lower than the market. Working 24 hours a day (forget weekends, holidays and vacations). And a myopia for the current market. Basically it is a kindergarten with arrogant kids who think their lollipop is the best in the world.

Pros

The culture, coworkers, events you get to attend, meeting new people, not being stuck in a office, good pay for part timers

Cons

Not too many cons, but it can be very dog eat dog. I saw plenty of people being thrown under the bus, even with upper management.
