The company has great culture and they treat you pretty fairly in regards to compensation. There are a lot of opportunities for travel. The job is a lot of fun and you meet a lot of cool people. There are a lot of perks that come with the job.

Cons

Always something coming up last minute, so you need a flexible schedule. Not all shifts go according to plan so you have to prepare for the worst and think on your feet.

Fun, flexible, great pay for a part-time job while attending college. I have some awesome memories working for Red Bull as a Wiiings girl. Not only did we get to drive around that awesome little car, essentially to any place we chose to go, but we got to attend some really cool events. I got to meet professional Red Bull athletes, music artists, etc. We partied with our managers, went to great dinners, stayed in awesome hotels--all payed for by Red Bull. It was like getting paid to join a sorority, and I'm still friends with some of the girls I worked with. At the time when I did work for the company, I had no aspirations to move up within it. However, some of the girls did aspire to move up the latter--and they did! There is room for growth if you do a great job and make friends with the right people.

Cons

I can honestly think of none. This is an awesome company to work for
