Pros

- great hourly pay - works around school schedule - perks: lots of red bull, you get to participate and work cool events, make a lot of professional connections - nice little resume builder for anyone in marketing or event planning

Cons

- WTM are a team of 6-12 college girls.. it can get cliquey - a lot of last minute scheduling so you have to be very flexible if you want a good amount of shifts - management is not very involved so the lazy team members are able to take advantage and slide by without repercussions

Pros

Autonomy with marketing the brand at your respective school. Also, being able to learn from one of the best brands in the world. You get to attend events throughout the year. If you think of a good idea, you can lobby for a budget to execute said idea.

Cons

You have to be a self starter, if you are not comfortable putting yourself out there this position is not for you.
