Pros

Great brand, high energy, free Red Bull, opportunities to attend events

Cons

Current management expects very long hours all the time, very little career advancement, very little training opportunities. Unless your in Marketing, expect severe scrutiny over every expense. No shared understanding of company goals, objectives.

Pros

-Flexible hours -Marketing experience -Learn extensively about product -Work on a team -Every mission can be a unique and different experience. (Not your everyday, behind the desk job)

Cons

-As a part-time employee, your hours can vary from week to week. -If you plan on doing a study-abroad or short summer semester abroad (3 weeks), it may not be the best job for you since it seems management does not seem very understanding. -I never received or got an employee evaluation.
