Highly unorganized as a company. Training is non-existent and seems like no body really knows what they’re doing. Not a good place if you actually want to grow.

The headline and catchphrase for former Student Marketeers speak for itself when I say that this was truly the best student job in the world. The job exposes you to real world application of marketing, consumer collecting and finding solution and methods outside of the box: the red bull way. The brand is in tune with its values and you are working with like minded people who will push you to become better and a lot more resilient.

Cons

You are tired inside and out. The physical, mental, and emotional toll will soon catch up on you and you will experience frequent burnouts. The job is not a 9-5 where you have a definitive time of clocking in and out. sometimes you are schedules in the AM or the PM and you will just have to follow the timeline of the events and the managers despite being a full-time student.
