Pros

Lots of responsibility given at a younger age than most companies, brilliant minds and inspiring team mates, purpose driven organisation, the energy is infectious!

Cons

As with many HQ roles you are fairly far away from the business. Business meetings take place at the top level to which Director/Manager level employees are not invited. This does not set us up for success when trying to deliver maximum value to the business.
