Pros

Awesome experiences, tons of fun, learned a lot about marketing a brand and talking with consumers.

Cons

Ended up getting a new FMS (Field Marketing Specialist aka my boss) during my time with Red Bull. The first manager was awesome and so much fun, the last manager was super condescending. Can't really grow with the company..

Pros

The sink or swim work environment allows you to do things that you've likely never done before. The brands way of just going for what feels right breathes excitement into your work and everyone is passionate about what they are doing.

Cons

There are way too few people doing wayy too much. Theres a lot of overworked employees and they wont even admit they are overworked or have more than they can handle due to their pride, ego and company culture.

Pros

Great young work environment. Tons of events and marketing initiatives to participate in that feel more like perks than actual work. Your hard work you put in will get noticed.

Cons

My "position" wasn't that of an actual Red Bull employee. There was no real room for upward mobility.
