It’s a company that grew too quickly too fast. The senior managers are young people who were lucky to be in the company at the right time. They lack leadership qualities and often have a “my way or the highway attitude” The HR department hardly prioritizes diversity in this day and age. Honestly, if you are different from the norm, your chances to reach the top our negligible.
