Pros

- young, international team - wide array of interesting topics - good fringe benefits (free food, drink, pension scheme, company bikes, etc.) - affluent company that doesn't need to count every penny - constantly growing = new undertakings/projects arise all the time - very dynamic surroundings (in a good way) - offices in the middle of beautiful surroundings, perfect if you are outdoorsy

Cons

- due to the low average age, sometimes lack of professionalism - hardly top-down communication - depending on department, it may be hard to develop (they rather bring in new people than give existing employees a chance) - brown-nosers oftentimes seem more successful than capable, but humble people.
