Pros

Strong brand and name recognition in the consumer space.

Cons

Company lack any racial inclusiveness and act with a certain level of disdain towards Americans and other races. With the recent headlines of the firing of top executives in lack of support of BLM movements and openly racist presentation, this just shows the world the tip of the iceberg of how racist this company truly is. Current management taking over previous CEO responsibilities are about as clueless as they come and guess what? One of them also happens to be Austrian and rose through the rank based on race and not competence. In fact, company always promote Austrian over other well qualified candidates. I should know this better than anyone else as I was promoted to my director level position even though one could argue that I am less than qualified to be in that position have I not been Austrian as well.

Pros

Free Red Bull and you get to be around a very hard working group of individuals.

Cons

If you are considering this job pleas stop and ask your self if work life balance is important to you. If it is, do not accept this job. They schedule this job to work you for a minimum of 10 hours a day. In the beginning you will work up to 14 hours a day. Once you get home from this job you are exhausted EVERY DAY. Do not be fooled by the "Account Sales Manager" tittle. You are a Red Bull delivery person.
