Pros

Solid company, but it is so mismanaged.

Cons

You have zero time for yourself. The judge is always changing and the management is a joke. There is a reason Monster Energy Drink is catching up.

Pros

Not many pros, but great brand & flexible hours....made some good friends along the way!

Cons

Great for a young, inexperienced work force; unprofessional work environment; empowerment to favorites only & ridiculous micro-management for everyone else; will terminate employees without proper cause (regardless of tenure with company); no confidentiality within HR; no accountability for the young, hip workforce; lacks true leadership; lots of internal politics; management threatened by experience

Pros

Red Bull is a great brand. We get free Red Bull, if it's damaged or close to code. Can be a fun place to work.

Cons

Promotions are given to favorites. New leader is inexperienced. Has abrasive communication skills. Over reacts to everything. No one wants to talk. Culture is garbage now. Everyone fears for their jobs.
