Pros

a new experience. co-workers. free drink sometimes.

Cons

The Company does not care about its employes. Many hours of work, 60-70 hours by week. You get extra daily work. Manager do not help. The salary does not match the amount of work.

Pros

With the exception of a good healthcare plan, not much can be said in this column. Better than being unemployed, barely.

Cons

- Non-competitive salary - Low morale - Highest demands/expectations for employees in industry (with exception of part time merchandisers, etc, average employee works from 50-60 hours per week while being accountable for sales, delivery, merchandising, etc) - Instability (high turnover rate of dissatisfied employees, recent MASSIVE pay-cut across the board despite continued company-wide growth, constant addition of new regulations) - Pattern of lies/deception/manipulation/intimidation from upper management. Most recent example: After promising/scheduling paid time off for Thanksgiving and Black Friday, management notices lower-than-expected sales volume for month of November and hatches plan to make Black Friday an "optional" work day. Personnel, predictably, is unenthusiastic. High-ranking executive begins calling personnel individually asking why they don't want to work.

Pros

*Private company so bottomless checking account to make things happen without having to micromanage. *If you have an "out there" idea and can come up with a business plan to show a return, you can make it happen. *Great benefits and perks. *Some amazing talent and employees.

Cons

*Management are lapdogs to Austria. Lots of "yes men" rushing around to please Austria Execs. *Pay isn't where it should be given the expected work load. *Tough to enjoy the great perks when you are lacking sleep and are only fueled on Red Bull. *Lots of "favorites" and people that you wonder how the hell they graduated high school let alone got a full time position. *LOTS of reports that management know is just "busy work" but again needed to appease Austria. "uuuh, yeah...those TPS reports..."
