      Pros

      If you dont have a life outside of work this is the job for you. There are alot of events to participate in (only if your budget allows it). This was a great job with great benefits.

      Cons

      Red Bull is an image company. Doesnt matter if they are right or wrong as long as they think they are the cools kids on the block. The employees are young and have "drink the Kool Aid". They think Red Bull is the only way. With a real competitor hitting the market "Monster" reality is changing

      Free Red Bull Wear what you want Sometimes fun people Its a free flowing workplace, and there is a bar. Entreprenerial

      They own you. NO work life balance, only work. Work life balance if your life is WORK. Lacking in clear ideas of what they want. Everyone is way too busy to get any useful feedback Politics between new staff and old ways of doing things. Basically if you are doing a job that you would do in your spare time anyway its great, but if you like doing things outside of work look out. There are insane timelines and workloads.

      Pros

      Benefits and Perks. If you enjoy the lifestyle and are passionate about the kinds of things Red bull is involved in, You will enjoy the job. The day to day work of the job is incredible. I have had experiences with Red Bull that I never would have had anywhere else and will cherish that forever.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work / life balance is skewed to the work side. Everyone is field based, so creativity is a "you're on your own proposition".
