Pros

-Money is ok if you learn to prioritize the things that you get paid on. -Really tough to get terminated, myself and other employees have been mailing in in all year with no repercussions.

Cons

- Expectations are wildly out of control, often receive sales targets that aren't remotely achievable. This shows no sign of changing, the expectations have been snowballing out of control for years. - Extremely long hours, expect 10-13 hour days regularly - When you ask management for assistance, often just greeted with a shrug. They are too strapped on labor and other resources to coach you.
